The Process & AI Consultant is responsible for re‑imagining and reinventing Talent Development products, services, and experiences to fundamentally change how employees, managers and leaders work, learn and lead at PropertyGuru.
This role goes beyond efficiency or automation. It exists to:
Redesign TD offerings as scalable, intuitive “products”, not programs
Leverage AI, data and experience design to simplify work and decision‑making
Shift leadership and people practices from process‑heavy insight‑led experience‑driven
Improve employee experience while directly enabling stronger business outcomes
The Consultant operates as a strategic design and transformation partner, shaping the future operating model of TD and how People & Culture creates value for the organisation.
As a Guru you will be accountable for:
A. Rethink TD Products & Services (Core Mandate)
Re‑conceptualize TD offerings (e.g. talent reviews, leadership development, IDPs, performance processes, skills frameworks) as end‑to‑end products with clear user journeys for:
Employees
Managers
Senior Leaders
Redesign these products to reduce cognitive load, increase adoption, and embed into day‑to‑day work — not as “HR events”, but as ways of working.
Identify which legacy TD services should be retired, simplified or radically redesigned.
B. Experience‑Led Process & Operating Model Design
Map employee, manager and leader journeys across key moments that matter (e.g. goal setting, feedback, development planning, talent discussions, leadership transitions).
Redesign processes to be:
Insight‑driven (data first, not opinion first)
Lightweight and intuitive
Embedded into business rhythms
Define new TD operating principles (what TD owns vs enables vs gets out of the way of).
C. AI‑Enabled Transformation of Work & Leadership
D. Product Thinking & Rapid Experimentation
Apply product management and service design thinking to TD initiatives:
Define user needs and success metrics
Prototype, test, learn, iterate
Scale only what demonstrably works
Run pilots with specific employee or leader segments before groupwide rollout.
Build feedback loops to continuously evolve TD offerings.
E. Influence, Change & Adoption
Act as a thought partner to senior leaders on how leadership, performance and talent practices must evolve to support future business needs.
Translate complex ideas into clear narratives, prototypes and stories that leaders can understand and champion.
Drive adoption of new TD products through enablement, storytelling and behavioural design — not compliance.

External (as needed): AI/learning solution partners, experience design or innovation vendors
What we are looking for
A. Core Capabilities
Strong systems thinking — ability to see how talent, performance, learning, leadership and culture connect.
Product / service design mindset — designing for users, journeys and outcomes, not just processes.
Comfort working with ambiguity and future‑state problems.
B. AI & Digital Fluency
Practical understanding of AI capabilities in productivity, learning and decision support.
Ability to translate AI potential into real, usable solutions for managers and leaders (not theoretical use cases).
Curiosity and experimentation mindset with emerging tools.
C. Change, Influence & Storytelling
Ability to influence senior leaders without authority.
Strong storytelling skills — framing problems, future states and solutions in compelling, simple ways.
Experience driving behavioural and ways‑of‑working change.
D. Experience (Typical)
7–12+ years in roles such as internal consulting, transformation, product management, experience design, people transformation, or innovation.
Background may come from HR, consulting, product, operations or digital transformation — HR and TD experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience in redesigning services, products or operating models at scale.
