Job Description: SAP QFS Solution Architect
Overview
Position Title: SAP QFS Solution Architect
Location: Hyderabad, India
Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM IST
Department: Central Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team
Role Summary
The SAP QFS Solution Architect is a core member of the central Enterprise Architecture team, operating within the global "Design Authority" process. Rather than focusing on localized deployments, this role is responsible for reviewing proposed system changes from a global solutioning perspective. The primary mandate is to analyze proposed solutions in-depth, ensuring they are "Clean Core Compliant" by relying strictly on standard SAP features or established architecture patterns, and providing alternative standard recommendations when necessary.
This specialized role focuses heavily on Direct Procurement and Template Build initiatives, encompassing raw materials, packaging materials, co-manufacturing, and complex intercompany processes.
Experience Requirements

Dedicated, solution-centric SAP architecture and implementation expertise.

Proven track record of success with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations delivered for external customers or global organizations.

Technical Skills
Core & Domain Architecture

SAP Environments: Deep architecture and design experience across both SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC landscapes.

Integration Expertise: Strong capabilities in orchestrating integrations using SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), and/or third-party enterprise middleware platforms.

User Experience: Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 frameworks to drive user experience enhancements and design modern interfaces.

Data & Modeling: Proficient in data modeling, process optimization methodologies, and solution mapping.

Enterprise Architecture Tools: Practical hands-on experience with the LeanIX tool for enterprise architecture mapping and application portfolio management.
Process Knowledge:

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in finance, procurement, sales, and supply chain.

Ability to map business requirements to SAP capabilities.

Knowledge of compliance standards (SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
