Overview
Secura Developers Private Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to support the sales function across our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, channelpartners, and customer networking.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and property demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries into sales through effective follow-up and relationshipmanagement.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to booking and documentation.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project options.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
Channel Partner Coordination
- Support and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral agents.
- Coordinate with channel partners for lead generation and sales closures.
- Participate in partner engagement activities and promotional events.
Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Track sales progress and submit regular reports to management.
- Gather market feedback and competitor information to support business growth.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, campaigns, and project launch events.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to generate enquiries and increase project visibility.
Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate.
- Exposure to residential apartments, villas, commercial spaces, or property sales will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
- Good understanding of the sales process and customer handling techniques.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an added advantage.
