Position Summary
The Lead Architect will be responsible for evaluating, planning, designing, and overseeing the development of HelixBeat-owned properties. The individual will serve as the company's subject matter expert for architecture, site planning, building design, development feasibility, and construction coordination.
The primary focus during the initial phase will be to assess HelixBeat's existing land and properties, identify development opportunities, create architectural concepts, and guide projects from concept through completion.
As the business expands, the role may evolve into leading a broader Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Property Development practice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Assessment & Evaluation
Site Assessment
- Visit all HelixBeat-owned properties.
- Review property dimensions, boundaries, and access points.
- Evaluate topography, drainage, utilities, and site conditions.
- Identify development opportunities and constraints.
- Assess surrounding infrastructure and neighborhood growth potential.

Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Council of Architecture Registration preferred
Experience
- 8–15+ years in architecture and property development.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Experience with Indian approval processes.
