We specialize in mortgage due diligence, pre-fund and post-close quality control, mortgage servicing reviews and loan brokering services. We are vetted by all 5 major rating agencies and hold 3rd position in due diligence market share for RMBS securitization. Our clients are financial entities including investment banks, commercial banks, mortgage companies, government agencies and mortgage insurers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills demonstrate excellent time management, task management and leadership capabilities. This role requires hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 and QuickBooks USA, along with proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.

Post – Chief Accountant - Work from Office

Location – Pune (Kothrud)

Job Shift – Mid Day Shift

Education – CA Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Must have prior experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or equivalent senior finance leadership role with end-to-end ownership of finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
Proven experience in driving financial strategy, business planning, cash flow management, risk management, and financial decision-making while partnering with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Experience managing finance operations for both India and USA entities, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, transfer pricing, audits, and board-level reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor finance teams, implement process improvements, leverage AI and automation tools, and establish strong financial controls and governance frameworks.

. Manage monthly financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.

· Min 10 yrs accounting experience in a service industry

· India and US accounting Finalization experience a must

· Deep knowledge of AI and Automation tools in Tally and QuickBooks a must

· Tax returns - Must Worked On

· Maintain working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax regulations, and ensure timely compliance and submission of related returns

· Accurate and timely AP and AR

· Timely AR follow up and recovery

· Detailed checking of AP

· India and USA accounting experience finalization with CA and CPA

· Transfer pricing exposure

· All India and USA regulatory filings accurately and timely manner

· Show leadership and motivation skills to the staff

Hands on Experience in Finalization of Accounts
Oversee the preparation of client billing and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports for management review.
Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients and senior management to address financial inquiries from USA team and India team and resolve issues promptly.
Supervise a team of Accountants and Senior Accountants, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Excellent analytical skills, task management skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in preparing P&L statements and management information reports(MIS).
Familiarity with auditing processes and coordination with auditors.
