College Gyan, established in 2022, stands as India's premier online and distance education platform, facilitating connections between students and UGC-accredited online and distance learning institutions offering undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs. Through its innovative comparison feature, College Gyan enables users to evaluate over 55 online universities based on criteria such as student ratings, accreditations, learning modes, EMI options, and fee structures. Additionally, the platform offers personalized mentoring sessions conducted via video and audio calls at no cost, ensuring tailored guidance for students. Comprising a dedicated team of over 20 professionals, College Gyan is committed to addressing every student's inquiries related to online education. With a track record of assisting over 1000 students annually and facilitating admissions for 100 individuals into esteemed universities, College Gyan is making significant strides in democratizing education access.

Working Time: 10Am to 7Pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Internship Duration: 3-6 Months

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
2. Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospective customers.
3. Engage in active listening to understand the customer's needs and provide relevant product information.
4. Answer questions, resolve objections, and address concerns in a professional and informative manner.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.
7. Follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase during the initial call.
8. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate benefits and advantages.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and opportunities for follow-up.
10. Participate in training and development sessions to improve communication and sales skills.

Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
6. Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
7. Self-motivated, energetic, and a positive attitude.
8. Adaptability and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
9. Good knowledge of the products or services offered by the company.
10. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
