Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students’ academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and activities
Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress with parents/guardians
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
Monitor student behavior and ensure safety at all times

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
Previous teaching experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good classroom management abilities
Passion for teaching and student development

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of modern teaching techniques and digital tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to motivate and engage students
