About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible One-on-One Coordinator to manage and streamline our personalized academic programs. The role requires strong coordination skills, structured communication, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of demo classes, mentor assignments, and parent interactions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an education-focused environment and handling structured operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule demo classes between parents and tutors.
Ensure timely and professional communication with parents.
Collaborate with tutors and academic teams to ensure smooth demo execution.
Track demo outcomes and update reports accurately.
Assign enrolled students to suitable mentors based on requirements.
Create and manage communication groups with parents and mentors.
Conduct regular feedback calls with parents and students.
Monitor academic coordination and ensure service quality.
Handle renewal reminders and pending EMI follow-ups professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation (Mandatory)
Good communication skills (English & regional language preferred)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets -Mandatory
Personal Laptop - Mandatory
