Full job description

Experience:

2–5 Years (or as per requirement)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-orientated Articulate designer to design and develop engaging, interactive, and visually appealing e-learning courses. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, along with a good understanding of instructional design, multimedia development, and learner engagement techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
Convert storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives into engaging digital learning experiences
Create interactive elements including:
Quizzes
Assessments
Simulations
Scenarios
Animations
Click-and-reveal interactions
Develop responsive e-learning content compatible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Customize templates, layouts, characters, and UI elements to match branding requirements
Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, animators, and project teams
Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, audio, graphics, and animations
Ensure courses follow accessibility standards and e-learning best practices
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks before final delivery
Manage multiple projects and deliver outputs within defined timelines

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with:
Articulate Storyline 360
Articulate Rise 360
Review 360
Strong understanding of e-learning development processes
Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI publishing standards
Experience in creating interactive learning experiences
Good understanding of instructional design principles
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Illustrator
Canva (added advantage)
Experience with video/audio editing tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience working on corporate training / LMS projects
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital learning
Experience working with international clients

Education:

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, animation, instructional design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
