Home Konnect is a trusted channel partner in the real estate industry, specializing in residential property transactions. We work closely with top developers to provide seamless property-buying experiences for clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Support the management in financial decision-making with accurate data and reports.
Monitor commissions, brokerage calculations, and payment settlements with developers.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 4-10 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
