Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Visiting hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions regularly.
Scheduling appointments with Directors, Owners, Administrators and decision-makers.
Conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
Generating enquiries and converting them into business.
Coordinating with the Head Office for proposals and quotations.
Maintaining accurate CRM records.
Submitting Daily Activity Reports.
Achieving agreed sales and activity targets.
Continuously learning about Leads Digital’s products and services.

Performance Expectations

This role is performance-driven.

Typical monthly expectations include:

300 business calls
60 appointments
30 customer meetings
15 product demonstrations
10 quotations
5 qualified opportunities
Minimum 1 successful business closure
Performance reviews are based on sales, pipeline quality, activity levels, professionalism and reporting.
