Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Junior Telecaller to join our growing marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, introducing our digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates who want to build a career in telecalling, sales, customer communication, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.
Connect with leads provided by the company and follow up regularly.
Introduce and explain the agency's digital marketing services.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Update lead information in Google Sheets, CRM, or other assigned platforms.
Handle basic customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead updates.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
