Important working-hours requirement: This role supports our Canadian operations. Candidates must be willing and able to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Toronto/Eastern Time throughout the year. The corresponding India working hours will change when Canada moves between daylight and standard time.
Quarterly performance bonus: The position is eligible for a performance bonus of up to INR 10,000 per quarter. The bonus is not guaranteed and is based on achievement of agreed quarterly KPIs, assigned tasks, deadlines, accuracy, quality of work and overall performance expectations.

SlavinRaphael Distribution Inc. is an established Canadian fashion distribution and agency company with nearly 40 years of experience representing international footwear and apparel brands. We operate across wholesale, retail, e-commerce and marketplace channels throughout Canada.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Amazon, Shopify & E-Commerce Coordinator based in India to support our Canadian digital commerce operations. This is an execution-focused role covering Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, our Shopify websites, product/catalogue management, e-commerce reporting, and coordination of retail-partner dropship programs. This is not a general social media or digital marketing role.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Seller Central & Vendor Central
· Manage day-to-day activities across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
· Create and maintain ASINs for new and seasonal products; prepare bulk upload files using UPCs, SKUs, attributes, descriptions, pricing and images.
· Maintain Amazon brand storefronts, promotions, seasonal content and relevant ASIN linking.
· Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, attributes and backend search terms using Amazon reports and Brand Analytics.
· Create, review and publish product-level and brand-level A+ Content.
· Upload and maintain approved product and technology videos, including English and French assets where available.
· Manage parent-child relationships, sizes and colour variations; troubleshoot catalogue and categorization issues.
· Complete weekly inventory/availability updates based on ATS and future inventory; close or deactivate discontinued products where required.
· Coordinate applicable Transparency Code requirements and monitor pricing inconsistencies or unauthorized discounts.
· Raise Amazon support cases and follow issues through to resolution.
· Assist with Amazon Advertising campaign setup, monitoring and optimization.
Amazon Reporting & Analytics
· Prepare recurring sell-through and performance reports.
· Review Retail Analytics, Brand Analytics, traffic, search-term, search-position, catalogue and forecast reports.
· Assist with Net PPM and product profitability analysis.
· Identify opportunities to improve organic ranking, visibility, conversion and sell-through.
· Provide management with concise findings and actionable recommendations.
Shopify & Company Website Management
· Take day-to-day responsibility for maintaining SlavinRaphael's Shopify-based e-commerce websites.
· Create and update products, descriptions, UPCs, SKUs, pricing, sizing, specifications and images.
· Create and maintain collections, product categories, landing pages, banners and promotional content.
· Coordinate seasonal product launches, promotions and clearance events.
· Review basic SEO, page titles, descriptions, metadata and image information.
· Monitor inventory and product availability and perform regular website QA.
· Check pricing, links, imagery and customer-facing product information for accuracy.
· Coordinate technical issues with internal or external resources and follow them through to resolution.
Retail Partner Dropship & E-Commerce Coordination
· Act as the lead day-to-day coordinator for SlavinRaphael's retail-partner dropship and e-commerce programs in Canada.
· Coordinate onboarding requirements for new dropship/e-commerce partners.
· Prepare and provide product feeds, UPCs, descriptions, attributes, sizing, pricing and images.
· Coordinate seasonal product uploads and review retailer websites for product-data accuracy.
· Coordinate inventory/ATS feeds and identify discrepancies between SlavinRaphael inventory and retailer websites.
· Monitor dropship order flow and identify missing, rejected, cancelled or delayed orders.
· Coordinate order and fulfilment issues with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, Operations and retail partners.
· Ensure shipment/tracking information is transmitted correctly and follow outstanding issues through to resolution.
· Maintain retailer-specific procedures, contacts, requirements and issue trackers.
Product Data, Launches & Digital QA
· Maintain accurate UPCs, SKUs, style numbers, attributes, sizing, pricing and imagery across Amazon, Shopify and retail-partner platforms.
· Maintain seasonal product master files and organized digital product assets.
· Coordinate seasonal digital launches across Amazon, Shopify and retail-partner channels.
· Complete final quality-control checks before launches and promotions.
· Maintain checklists, SOPs, trackers, status updates, next steps, blockers and deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
· 2-4 years of relevant e-commerce, marketplace or digital operations experience.
· Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience; Vendor Central experience is highly preferred.
· Experience creating ASINs and managing Amazon catalogues.
· Hands-on Shopify or comparable e-commerce platform experience.
· Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with UPCs, SKUs, inventory and product data.
· Understanding of Amazon catalogue structure, parent-child variations, listing optimization and Amazon SEO.
· Experience with retail-partner e-commerce, dropship, EDI or integrated order environments is an advantage.
· Strong troubleshooting, organization, follow-through and written/spoken English.
· Fashion, footwear, apparel, retail or consumer-product experience is an advantage.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a doer who can work directly in Amazon and Shopify, investigate issues, work with product and inventory data, make corrections where possible, escalate appropriately, and follow issues through to completion. You must be comfortable managing multiple brands, platforms, retail partners and deadlines while working independently with a Canada-based team.
Performance Expectations
Quarterly KPIs may include Amazon catalogue accuracy, timely ASIN and seasonal product creation, Shopify launch readiness, dropship partner coordination, reporting accuracy, issue resolution, meeting deadlines, quality of work and completion of assigned tasks.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
