Full job description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations & Dispatch Executive who can independently manage the day-to-day order processing, stock coordination, quality checking, packaging, courier booking, and dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with production staff, painters, packaging workers, and courier companies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order & Dispatch Management

Receive and process daily orders from Amazon, IndiaMART, website, and other sales channels.
Check order details, quantities, addresses, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with the production team for order preparation.
Check available stock before dispatch.
Prepare orders for dispatch according to priority and delivery timelines.

2. Courier & Shipping

Book courier/shipping for all outgoing orders.
Compare/select appropriate courier services based on shipment requirements.
Generate and print shipping labels, invoices, and required documents.
Ensure correct weight and dimensions are entered while booking shipments.
Coordinate with courier partners for pickups.
Track shipments and follow up on delayed/pending shipments.
Maintain proper records of all dispatched shipments.

3. Quality Control
Before packaging and dispatch, ensure every product passes the required quality check:

Check product condition and finishing.
Check for damage, cracks, defects, or manufacturing issues.
Check paint quality, finishing, and touch-up requirements.
Coordinate with the painter whenever a product requires correction.
Ensure the correct product and quantity are being dispatched.

4. Packaging

Inspect packaging quality before dispatch.
Ensure products are packed safely according to their size and fragility.
Check that the correct product, accessories, and quantity are packed.
Coordinate with packaging staff and ensure orders are ready on time.
Minimize chances of transit damage and customer complaints.

5. Stock & Inventory Coordination

Check physical stock regularly.
Update/maintain stock records.
Identify products that are low in stock or required urgently.
Coordinate with production regarding pending orders and stock requirements.
Ensure dispatched quantities are properly recorded.

6. Daily Operations

Maintain daily dispatch and order records.
Coordinate between Sales → Production → Painting → Quality Check → Packaging → Courier.
Ensure pending orders are followed up and completed on time.
Report operational issues, shortages, damaged products, or delays to management.
Keep the workplace and dispatch area organized.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in operations, dispatch, logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, or courier handling preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and courier/shipping portals.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Should be comfortable working in a factory/office environment.
Must be responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Attention to detail is extremely important.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling Amazon / IndiaMART / website orders is a plus.
Experience with courier booking and shipping portals.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Good understanding of packaging and shipment handling.
Ability to coordinate with workers and production staff.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who doesn't simply wait for instructions.

The person should be able to look at the day's orders, identify what needs to be produced/painted/packed, coordinate with the team, complete quality checks, book the courier, and make sure the shipment actually gets dispatched.

Ownership of the complete dispatch process is the most important requirement.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Salary can be discussed based on the candidate's experience and ability to independently manage operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
