Full Job Description – Copywriter Associate

We are looking for a creative and persuasive Copywriter Associate to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for storytelling, a strong command of written English, and the ability to develop compelling content that engages audiences and drives business results. You will be responsible for creating impactful copy for advertising campaigns, digital marketing, branding, and corporate communications across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative copy for advertising campaigns across digital and print media.
Write compelling headlines, taglines, ad copy, and call-to-action messages.
Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and marketing materials.
Write persuasive sales copy for landing pages, product and service descriptions, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketers, and business teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and communication objectives.
Research target audiences, market trends, and competitor messaging to create effective campaigns.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Assist in developing brand storytelling, thought leadership articles, and corporate communication materials.
Create scripts for promotional videos, presentations, and marketing events.
Optimize content for SEO and digital engagement where applicable.
Perform other content writing and creative communication responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, advertising, or marketing communications (Freshers with exceptional writing skills and a strong portfolio may also apply).
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
Ability to write in different tones and styles for diverse audiences.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills

Advertising copywriting.
Social media content creation.
Brand storytelling.
Content marketing and SEO writing.
Script writing for videos and presentations.
Email marketing campaigns.
AI-assisted content creation using tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms.
Research and market analysis.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.
