Job Title: Export Manager

About Shivalay Exim

Shivalay Exim is an export-oriented company based in Rajkot, focused on developing and expanding international business opportunities. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Export Manager to manage export operations, develop overseas markets, and strengthen relationships with international clients.

Position Summary

The Export Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end export activities, identifying new international business opportunities, coordinating shipments, managing export documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with overseas buyers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new international and Local markets and export opportunities.
Generate export inquiries and convert them into business orders.
Communicate with overseas customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers.
Maintain and update customer databases and export records.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development activities when required.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.
Prepare periodic sales and export performance reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in export sales, export documentation, international business, or export operations.
Strong knowledge of export procedures and international trade documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B international sales.
Familiarity with global sourcing platforms and export marketing.
Knowledge of Incoterms, international payment methods, and logistics processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Full-time, in-office position in Rajkot
Air-conditioned office environment
