Full job description

HR Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, supporting the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the department. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. This role will provide valuable exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing new hire packets, coordinating orientation schedules, and assisting with initial HR system data entry.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, reports, and presentations, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, training program coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Research and compile information on HR best practices, industry trends, and employment law updates to support departmental goals.
Help organize and coordinate company events, employee recognition programs, and internal communications.
Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct more complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations.
