Idyaite is hiring a Unity 3D Game Developer for a reputed media-based client in the television and entertainment industry.

Position Details
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Part-Time (2-month contract)
Work Mode: Remote (Minimum 4 Hours per Day)
Compensation: ₹35,000 Per Month
Location: Chennai/Tamil Nadu Preferred (Open to Candidates Across India)
Languages: Tamil (Mandatory), English (Professional Proficiency)
Joining: Immediate

Job Highlights: Unity 3D game developers with experience in hypercasual and multiplayer mobile games, available for part-time remote work with immediate joining, are preferred

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Unity 3D Game Developer with hands-on experience in hyper-casual mobile games and multiplayer game development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and publishing multiple mobile games and be able to showcase a portfolio of completed projects.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain hyper-casual games using Unity 3D & C#
Build gameplay systems focused on retention, monetization, and rapid iteration
Develop multiplayer features: matchmaking, sync, rooms, leaderboards, real-time play
Create reusable multiplayer frameworks across multiple games
Collaborate with teams to prototype and launch quickly
Optimize for mobile performance, battery, and network usage
Integrate SDKs: ads, analytics, notifications, IAP
Work on architecture, scalability, and system design
Debug gameplay, networking, and performance issues
Support releases, updates, and post-launch improvements

Mandatory Requirements:
Hyper-casual Development
Strong experience in hyper-casual mobile games
Published mobile game titles
Strong portfolio (Play Store / App Store / WebGL / GitHub)
Experience in rapid prototyping and short cycles

Multiplayer Development
Experience with multiplayer mechanics
Knowledge of real-time & turn-based systems
Matchmaking, lobbies, rooms, sync, leaderboards
Experience with Photon / Mirror / Netcode / PlayFab / Firebase / WebSockets

Technical Skills
Unity 3D, C#, OOP
Mobile optimization, physics, animations, UI/UX
Game architecture, Scriptable Objects
Git, Jira, Cloud Build
Android Studio / Xcode

Preferred experience:
Experience with live-service games and game monetization strategies.
Experience integrating ad networks such as AdMob, AppLovin, or Unity Ads.
Understanding of player engagement and retention mechanics.
Experience working in distributed remote teams.
