Dear All,

Greetings for the day

General Purpose: UCAM is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with all the Sales Engineers, reporting sales activities and providing regular updates on the sales funnel. The responsibilities include making presentations, attending techno-commercial discussions and negotiations, creating necessary documents for further order processing, and assisting in the collection of payments and statutory documents.

Qualification: BE in mechanical /MBA in marketing/BBA and MBA in marketing domain/BCA and MBA in marketing

Main/ Essential Task:

On-time collection of payments
Order processing and documentation
Contract review and knowledge of LC, Bank Guarantee
Import/Export handling – Process Documentation
Data Preparation
Report Generation
Responding to customer inquiries
Ensuring timely delivery of sales orders in line with customer preferences
Producing reports based on the sales performance of employees in the sales department

Skills Required:

Coordination with internal and external sales teams
Preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports
Ability to learn and excel
Planning and executing sales coordination
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Handling customer complaints
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Presentation skills
Good aptitude and ability to learn quickly
CRM Skills: SAP C4C
Back office sales.

work Location: Peenya, Bangalore, India

Please Note, If candidate is having experience then we will consider for Sales coordinator Position and salary will be different based on their current CTC, If Candidate is fresher then we will give 15 to 18k fixed stipend.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
