Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

About iTutorMind:-

iTutorMind Digital Education LLP is a growing EdTech organization committed to providing high-quality online academic support to students across India. We are expanding our operations and are looking for highly organized, responsible, and proactive Academic Coordinators who can independently manage academic operations while ensuring an excellent experience for students, parents, and tutors.

This is not a data-entry or customer support role. It is an operations-focused position requiring ownership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:-

As an Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating with students, parents, and tutors to ensure smooth academic operations.

Conducting professional orientations and onboarding sessions for new tutors.

Delivering onboarding presentations and explaining company processes, policies, and expectations.

Scheduling demo classes, regular classes, and tutor allocations.

Monitoring tutor performance and ensuring quality academic delivery.

Maintaining accurate records, reports, documentation, and follow-up trackers.

Resolving operational issues professionally and within defined timelines.

Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:-

Please apply only if you meet all of the following requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (MBA/BBA preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Coordinator, Academic Counselor, Student Success Executive, Education Counselor, or similar role.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong presentation and interviewing abilities.

Experience handling recruitment or academic coordination is preferred.

Comfortable working full-time from home with fixed working hours.

Reliable laptop/desktop with stable high-speed internet connection.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines independently.
