Agentic AI Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents, autonomous workflows, and enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Agentic AI, LLMs, LangGraph/LangChain, RAG, and multi-agent systems, with the ability to build scalable and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Agentic AI and autonomous AI agents for enterprise use cases.
Build agent architectures using ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, and Multi-Agent Systems.
Develop scalable applications using expert-level Python, asynchronous programming, and concurrency.
Integrate and work with LLMs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models.
Build complex agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and agent memory.
Implement AI evaluation, observability, monitoring, MLOps/AgentOps, and CI/CD practices.
Containerize and deploy AI solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Implement AI security, guardrails, responsible AI practices, and prompt-injection mitigation.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills

6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong experience in AI/Generative AI.
Expert knowledge of Python.
Strong hands-on experience with async programming and concurrency.
Proven experience building Agentic AI / Autonomous AI Agents.
Hands-on knowledge of:
ReAct
Plan-and-Execute
Multi-Agent Systems
Experience with one or more major LLM platforms:
OpenAI
Azure OpenAI
Anthropic
Open-source LLMs
Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and agent memory.
Knowledge of MLOps/AgentOps, evaluation, observability, and CI/CD.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
Strong understanding of AI security, guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, and responsible AI.

Nice to Have

Experience with Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Experience building enterprise copilots.
Experience developing autonomous enterprise workflows.
Strong experience with multi-agent architectures.
Experience with LoRA, fine-tuning, or LLM customization.
Experience taking AI prototypes through production deployment and scaling.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who combines strong software engineering skills with practical experience in modern Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.
