Ackrolix Innovations Pvt Ltd is a product company building consumer technology for the next generation of users. Pulse, our flagship product, is a consumer mobile app currently being prepared for launch.
We are setting up a weekend content engine to produce a high volume of short-video content for Pulse across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels — and we are hiring multiple Content Creators to be on camera.

Location: In-person — Ackrolix Office, Sector 44, Gurgaon

What This Role Actually Is
You come to our Gurgaon office on weekends. We have already set up:
- The shoot location.
- The equipment (camera, lights, audio, props, wardrobe).
- The production team (director, editor, content strategist).
- The content calendar (scripts, formats, briefs ready).
Your job is to show up, perform on camera, and bring energy to the shoot. Editing, post-production, publishing — handled by our team. You focus on what you're best at: being on camera.
This is a real opportunity for college students, freelancers, aspiring actors, content creators, and anyone working on building an on-camera portfolio — without the overhead of producing content alone.
Schedule
This role has fixed weekend hours. You commit to all three windows:
- Friday: 5 PM – 9 PM (Full Day If Possible otherwise 5 - 9pm)
- Saturday: Full day (typically 10 AM – 7 PM)
- Sunday: Full day (typically 10 AM – 7 PM)
Timing: May be flexible we can discuss also.
If a particular weekend doesn't work for you, that's fine — let us know in advance and we'll plan around it. We're flexible. What we need is consistent, committed presence when you do come in.
Who We're Looking For
Multiple positions open. We're hiring a small roster of creators, so we can rotate based on shoots and themes.
You're a strong fit if:
- You have strong on-camera presence — confident in front of a lens, comfortable being directed, expressive without being over-the-top. (Your application video tells us this faster than any CV.)
- You have a clear, warm speaking voice in English and Hindi / Hinglish. Most of our content is bilingual.
- You are young, current, and culturally fluent — you understand the Reels and Shorts landscape, you watch creators, you know what works on Indian Instagram right now.
- You're reliable. If you say you'll be at the office on Saturday at 10 AM, you're there at 9:55 AM.
- You can take direction. Our team will guide your performance — you take notes, adjust, and improve in real time.
- You're a quick study. Scripts come to you a few days before shoots. You learn lines, internalize the tone, and deliver.
- You have basic camera comfort — you've made content of your own, even casually (Reels, TikToks, college projects, college submissions, anything).

- College students (especially in Delhi NCR) studying Mass Communication, Journalism, Film, Theatre, Performing Arts, English Honours, Design, or related fields.
- Aspiring actors and performers building their on-camera reel.
- Freelance content creators who want a steady weekend gig with no production overhead.
- Part-timers in adjacent industries (modeling, dance, theatre) looking for consistent on-camera work.
- First-time creators who have wanted to be on camera but didn't have the equipment, location, or team to start.
What You'll Be Doing on a Typical Weekend
- Arriving at the Gurgaon office at the scheduled time.
- Reviewing the day's shoot brief with our director and content lead.
- Performing on camera — scripted segments, freestyle reactions, interviews, narrated explainers, day-in-the-life pieces.
- Wardrobe and makeup support provided.
- Multiple takes, direction, refinement.
- Wrap, debrief, and home.
A single weekend might produce 8–15 short videos. Some you carry, some are team formats. All of them will live on Pulse's channels — and you'll have permission to use the clips for your own portfolio and reel.

- Catered meals on shoot days and a comfortable, well-equipped office environment.
- Path to full-time for creators who become essential to the rotation. Several of our shoots will need recurring faces — that role will go to the people on this roster first.
How to Apply
- A 60–90 second on-camera video, shot vertically on your phone, in which you:
- Introduce yourself
- Pitch any topic of your choice — a product you love, a cultural observation, a story, a recipe, anything — as if you were making a Reel
- Show us your natural presence on camera
- A short note (5–6 lines) telling us:
- You're available all three weekend windows
- You can travel to Sector 44, Gurgaon
- Any prior on-camera work you've done (links if available)
- Optional but helpful: links to your Instagram, YouTube, or any creator pages.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
