Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator

Location: PDN, Hosur

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our production team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating extrusion machinery in the

plastic or cable manufacturing industry. This role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting

extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products in line with production specifications and

quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Set up, adjust, and operate extrusion machines according to production schedules and

specifications.

 Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production run.

 Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of extrusion equipment to minimize

downtime.

 Ensure raw materials are loaded correctly and meet process requirements.

 Conduct in-process inspections and record production data accurately.

 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

 Identify and report any quality or process deviations promptly.

 Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and quality control to optimize

productivity.

 Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards

strictly.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Education: Diploma / BE

 3–5 years of proven experience operating extrusion machinery (Plastic or Cable industry

background preferred).

 Strong understanding of extrusion processes, material handling, and quality control.

 Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and production orders.

 Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 Familiarity with using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

 Good physical stamina to stand, lift, and operate machines throughout the shift.

 Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.

 Basic computer skills for recording production data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
