Position Title: Senior Manager/ DGM – Manufacturing Automation and Digitalization
Education: B.E/ B.Tech – Mechanical
Key Deliverables:
- Preparation of Concepts and Proposals for Assembly lines , Welding Assembly Systems, with Automation, Robots, CNC systems and Handling Systems
- Preparation of Equipment specification Sheet & Techno commercial Porposals for Assembly Lines , Special purpose machines , Welding Systems by identifying and discussing with competent vendors domestic and global.
- Benchmarking of Processes, Technology with competition and Industry and Tracking Patents on applicable processes
- Capex Approval, PR /PO processing with help from Cpaital Purchase Dept. Project Management and ensure timely delivery of systems from vendor
- Installation & Commissioning of SPM's & Assembly lines , Trials & Troubleshooting Resolution of Customer complaints and Hand over the Lines to Production after proving the KPI's
- Standardization of Systems across lines, locations, Maintain System Drawings, with Revision Control. Prepare handover documents and sign off with Maintenance, Production & Engineering. Equipments to be designed for safety for the equipments and operators.
- PFMEA, MFMEA, Use of Quality Tools for resolution of systems.
