Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and Platform Events.
- Build and maintain Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, Queueable Classes, Schedulable Jobs, and asynchronous processing solutions.
- Develop REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
- Design secure, scalable, and reusable APIs following Salesforce integration best practices.
- Optimize SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data models for performance and scalability.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and maintain high code coverage with meaningful assertions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis for platform incidents.
- Agentforce & AI Solutions
- Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents including Service Agents, Member-Facing Agents
Custom AI Agents
- Configure Agentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Guardrails.
- Develop custom Agentforce actions using Apex and Salesforce Flows.
- Build and optimize prompt templates using Prompt Builder.
- Integrate Agentforce with: Einstein AI, Salesforce Data Cloud, OpenAI, Claude, Other LLM platforms
- Implement AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and document intelligence platforms.
- Evaluate agent performance, reduce hallucination risks, and continuously improve AI outcomes.
Service Cloud Engineering
- Configure and extend Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities including: Cases, Omni-Channel Routing, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge Management, Email-to-Case, Service Console
- Build and enhance Service Cloud Voice integrations with: Amazon Connect, Five9
- Develop custom CTI integrations, screen pop functionality, and post-call automation workflows.
- Design and implement scalable case management and customer support automation solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with QA teams on testing strategies and quality assurance initiatives.
- Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using: SFDX, Git, GitHub Actions, Copado
- Document technical designs, architectural decisions, and implementation approaches.
- Mentor team members and share best practices around Salesforce and Agentforce development.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex development including: Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Schedulable Apex, Future Methods, Callouts, Test Classes
- Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modelling, SOQL, SOSL, sharing rules, security, and governor limits.
- Experience building REST and SOAP integrations using Salesforce APIs.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth, JWT, Named Credentials, and Salesforce integration security patterns.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Agentforce solutions in production or production-bound environments.
- Experience building Agentforce Topics, Custom Actions, and Prompt Templates.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
- Experience with: Cases, Omni-Channel Routing, Entitlements, Knowledge Management, Email-to-Case
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using: Debug Logs, Developer Console, Replay Debugger, Platform Event Monitoring
- Experience with SFDX, Git, and Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
