Project Head – EPC Projects

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Head – EPC Projects to lead and manage end-to-end EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, cost control, quality, timelines, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of EPC projects from planning through final completion and handover.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical or operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Review project costs, track expenses, and support effective cost control.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth site execution.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, measurement, approvals, and project handover.
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve project-related concerns professionally.
Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
5+ years of experience in EPC project execution/project management.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, coordination, and site management.
Experience handling multiple stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
Good understanding of project schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools/software is preferred.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Candidates currently based in Kochi/Ernakulam or willing to relocate are preferred.
