Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and drive strategic financial insights across our organization. In this role, you will analyze complex financial data, prepare comprehensive reports, and support decision-making processes to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Your expertise in financial concepts, regulatory standards, and accounting principles will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial reporting and fostering sound financial management practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth through meticulous analysis, strategic planning, and innovative financial solutions. This position reports to the CFO of the company.

Responsibilities

Assist CFO in conducting thorough financial analysis including profit & loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Support corporate accounting functions by assisting with month-end closing processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models for investment evaluation, pricing strategies, and cost accounting initiatives.
Analyze financial statements to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement while maintaining organizational skills for efficient data management.

Experience

Proven experience in financial analysis and good understanding of accounting principles.
Some AP/AR management experience desired

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
