Job Description – Sales Executive

About the Company

M-VMOSA Extrutech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of plastic processing and recycling machinery, specializing in blown film extrusion plants, recycling equipment, and related industrial solutions. The company is focused on delivering innovative, high-performance machinery to customers across the plastics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate potential leads for blown film plants and recycling machinery through digital platforms, industry networks, and database research.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct technical discussions with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
Handle inbound enquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia with structured follow-up.
Coordinate factory visits and machine demonstrations for prospective customers.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing offers.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value machinery sales.
Address customer objections and technical queries effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of B2B technical sales.
Experience in capital goods, industrial machinery, or equipment sales preferred.
Ability to independently negotiate and close high-ticket-value deals.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple business-oriented manner.
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation and closures.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.

Educational Qualification

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Required

2 to 5 years of experience in B2B Technical Sales.
Prior experience in industrial machinery, capital goods, plastic processing machinery, packaging machinery, or related sectors will be preferred.

Languages Required

English
Hindi
Gujarati

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: As per industry standards, based on experience and qualifications.
Statutory deductions and benefits as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in industrial machinery sales.
Exposure to plastic processing, extrusion, recycling, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
Experience handling IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other lead generation platforms.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
Comfortable interacting with factory owners, plant heads, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
