Full job description

Designation: Digital Marketing Executive

Primary Responsibilities: Alligator Solar is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, website coordination, lead generation support, email marketing, and campaign reporting.

The candidate will be responsible for improving Alligator Solar’s digital presence, supporting marketing campaigns for industrial and commercial solar solutions, creating customer-focused content, coordinating with internal teams and agencies, and helping generate quality leads through digital channels.

Experience in handling exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, or solar/renewable energy industry marketing will be considered an added advantage

Required Skills:

1- Digital Marketing Skills

3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, website coordination, campaign support, or marketing communication.
Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, paid campaigns, and website content management.
Experience in lead generation campaigns will be preferred.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, WordPress, Canva, or similar tools will be an added advantage.

2- Soft Skills

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good follow-up ability with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and management.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaign priorities.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive work approach.
Professional attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.

3- Preferred Skills

Experience in solar, renewable energy, EPC, industrial services, B2B marketing, or technical product/service marketing will be preferred.
Basic understanding of solar energy, rooftop solar, commercial solar, industrial power savings, or sustainability communication will be an added advantage.
Experience in exhibitions and events will be considered a plus.

Job Description:

1- Digital Marketing Execution

Plan and execute digital marketing activities for Alligator Solar across website, social media, email, and lead generation platforms.
Support campaigns focused on industrial rooftop solar, commercial solar installation, ground-mounted solar, solar EPC services, and energy-saving solutions.
Coordinate daily marketing tasks such as content publishing, campaign updates, website changes, blog uploads, and lead tracking.
Ensure all digital activities are completed as per the monthly marketing calendar and business priorities.

2- Exhibition & Event Support — Added Advantage

Experience in supporting exhibitions, renewable energy expos, trade shows, corporate events, or branding activities will be a plus.
Assist in event-related digital promotions, social media updates, email invitations, booth branding content, and post-event communication when required.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for brochures, banners, standees, presentations, videos, and digital creatives related to events or exhibitions.

3- Social Media Management

Manage Alligator Solar’s social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Create and coordinate posts, captions, creatives, reels, videos, hashtags, and publishing schedules.
Develop content around solar awareness, ROI, energy savings, sustainability, government updates, project highlights, case studies, and customer education.
Track reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries, and social media performance.
Maintain a professional, trustworthy, and informative brand tone across all platforms.

4- SEO & Website Coordination

Support SEO activities for Alligator Solar’s website, including keyword research, meta titles, meta descriptions, blog uploads, image SEO, internal linking, and on-page updates.
Coordinate with website developers or agencies for landing pages, service pages, technical updates, and content changes.
Help improve organic visibility for relevant solar search terms such as commercial solar, industrial solar, rooftop solar, solar EPC, and solar installation services.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

5- Paid Marketing & Lead Generation Support

Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns for solar lead generation.
Coordinate ad creatives, landing pages, lead forms, campaign content, tracking codes, and enquiry management.
Monitor incoming leads and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up.
Prepare basic performance reports covering leads, cost per lead, campaign reach, clicks, conversions, and improvement points.

6- Email Marketing & Content Support

Assist in creating newsletters, email campaigns, customer awareness emails, and promotional communication for Alligator Solar.
Coordinate content for blogs, project updates, case studies, brochures, presentations, service pages, and campaign creatives.
Help create clear and customer-focused communication around solar ROI, power cost savings, sustainability, project execution, and long-term business value.
Ensure all marketing communication is professional, accurate, brand-aligned, and easy for business owners or decision-makers to understand.

7- Reporting & Documentation

Prepare regular reports for social media, SEO, website traffic, paid campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation activities.
Maintain marketing trackers, content calendars, campaign records, lead reports, vendor details, and activity updates.
Share insights on campaign performance, content engagement, website enquiries, and improvement opportunities.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, or Analytics will be an added advantage.
