JOB SUMMARY
V-Visas is a Bangalore-based immigration consultancy processing visas across 110+ countries for individual clients and a network of 8,000+ travel agent partners across India. We are hiring a Growth Manager Intern to work directly with the founder on sales, agent outreach, and B2C lead conversion.
This is a revenue-generating role from Day 1. You will be trained personally by the founder, given real targets, and paid an incentive on every case you help close. There is no upper limit on what you can earn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct daily outbound calls to B2B travel agent partners to onboard them as V-Visas processing partners
- Follow up with B2C inbound leads for Tourist Visa, Work Visa, Study Abroad, and PR enquiries
- Execute structured WhatsApp outreach campaigns to warm and cold agent contacts
- Update and maintain all lead and contact activity in Zoho CRM with daily discipline
- Assist the founder and senior salesperson in closing higher-value Work Visa and PR cases
- Identify outreach strategies that convert and escalate them to the team
- Meet weekly call targets and monthly case contribution targets

Commission-based. ₹2–4 lakhs per student enrollment.
Permanent Residency:
Australia PR — Subclass 189, 190, 491, 186, 482
Premium clients. ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per case.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Fixed Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Incentives (per case contributed to closure):
- Tourist Visa: ₹200 – ₹400 per case
- Work Visa: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per case
- Study Abroad: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per student
- Australia PR: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per case
Realistic Monthly Earnings (strong performer):
- 15–20 tourist visa cases: ₹4,000–₹8,000
- 2–3 work visa cases: ₹9,000–₹15,000
- 1–2 study abroad referrals: ₹10,000–₹20,000
- Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000
- TOTAL: ₹30,000–₹55,000/month
Incentive slabs reviewed monthly. No ceiling.

ELIGIBILITY
Education: Any graduate or final-year student (stream does not matter)
Experience: 0–12 months (fresher to junior — all welcome)
Location: Must be based in Bangalore or able to join immediately
Required:
- Fluent in English and Hindi or Kannada
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp proficiency
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, travel agency, overseas education,
immigration consultancy, or insurance
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Existing knowledge of visa or immigration processes

We are a small, founder-led team. This intern will have direct access to the
founder, real ownership over their pipeline, and genuine earning potential from
the first month.
