Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machines and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in production machinery, control panels, motors, drives, PLCs, and automation systems.
Read, interpret, and analyze electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics to identify and rectify machine issues.
Ensure smooth operation of all plant electrical equipment and utilities.
Monitor machine performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical systems and machinery.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
Guide and mentor junior electricians and maintenance technicians.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, control panels, motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation.
Ability to diagnose and repair machines by reading electrical drawings and schematics.
Experience in handling production machinery and industrial equipment.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
