General Summary:

Strong proficiency in Python and RESTful API development.
Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions) for building dynamic, responsive UI.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/Postgres).
Ability to test, debug, and optimize applications for performance.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Knowledge of enterprise systems and their interactions within large-scale architectures.
Understanding of complex data models.
Willingness to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
Exposure to Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent task orchestration.
Experience integrating LLM-based or AI-driven components into enterprise applications via APIs.
Ability to design AI-assisted features for automation, decision-making, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in developing enterprise-level web applications using Python and Angular.
Strong background in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
Expertise in Python, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Angular for building scalable applications.
Experience in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of web applications.
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/Postgres).
Ability to work in an Agile development environment and deliver high-quality solutions.
Knowledge of enterprise systems, their interactions, and boundaries within large-scale architectures.
Understanding of complex data models and integration patterns.
Willingness to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).

OR
Bachelor’s degree in a non-technical field (e.g., Business, Humanities, Marketing) and 1+ year of IT-relevant experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of IT-relevant experience.

2+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with programming (e.g., Java, Python, etc.).
1+ year of any combination of academic or work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

2+ years of IT-relevant work experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides support for projects by completing tasks for back-end/front-end applications, associated integration, and required test harnesses based on design.
Writes reliable, testable, and maintainable code under some supervision.
Completes assigned technical tasks for system integrations and APIs under some supervision.
Completes assigned technical tasks for the design, build, and deployment of pipelines that handle the software lifecycle under some supervision.
Executes tasks to meet project deliverables and associated deadlines for software development process.
Regularly discusses issues within project team to maintain open communication.
Networks with more senior IT Software Developers and seeks out learning opportunities to increase own knowledge, skill, and overall expertise in the IT Software Development field.
Contributes to technical conversations with technical leads/managers.
Writes technical documentation for straightforward projects under the direction of a supervisor.

Level of Responsibility:

Works under some supervision.
Responsible for own work. Decision-making is limited. Impact of decisions is readily apparent. Errors made typically only impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct).
Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information about day-to-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area.
Some tasks require multiple steps which must be performed in a specific order; directions or manuals can accurately document the steps necessary to perform the task.
Some creativity may be required to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with novel circumstances.
Limited problem solving required, generally in the nature of troubleshooting simple processes or technology.
