Recipe Execution: Follow established recipes closely to ensure consistency in taste and portion size, while also being creative enough to suggest new menu items or daily specials.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain strict sanitation, health, and safety standards in the kitchen. Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
Inventory Management: Monitor food stock and kitchen supplies, check freshness of ingredients, and report when orders need to be placed to prevent shortages.
Quality Control: Taste and inspect food before it is served to guarantee the highest quality and flavor standards are met.

Requirements and Skills

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Cook, Chef, or Prep Cook in a fast-paced environment.
Culinary Knowledge: Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Attention to Detail: A strong palate and a keen eye for food presentation and flavor balancing.
Food Safety: Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food storage techniques.
Time Management: Ability to multitask and deliver food quickly without sacrificing quality, especially during busy hours.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy pots or inventory boxes, and work in a hot environment.

Preferred Qualifications
