Business Development – BPO / Outsourcing Sales

Location: Sector 63, Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 8+ Years
CTC: ₹15–20 LPA + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals with a strong background in BPO / Outsourcing Sales to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, outsourcing/BPO business development, revenue generation, and managing domestic and/or international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the BPO, outsourcing, and managed services space.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into qualified business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions/proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, commercial discussions, and closure.
Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and commercial bids.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.
Drive revenue generation and meet assigned sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new sectors, accounts, and outsourcing opportunities.
Collaborate with operations, delivery, recruitment, and other internal teams for successful client onboarding and transition.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in BPO Sales / Business Development / Outsourcing Sales.
Strong experience in B2B client acquisition and revenue generation.
Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.
Experience handling domestic and/or international clients.
Strong understanding of the BPO/outsourcing industry and its sales cycle.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who have direct BPO/outsourcing sales experience, have independently handled client acquisition, and can demonstrate a strong record of revenue generation and business closures.

Candidates from pure operations, customer support, or sales-process backgrounds without significant B2B business development/client acquisition experience may not be suitable for this position.
