Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, professional, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily business operations, communication, scheduling, coordination, and confidential administrative tasks. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and official correspondence.
Follow up with departments regarding pending tasks, reports, and project updates.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally.
Organize meetings, conferences, and business visits.
Maintain records, files, and important company documents.
Assist in HR, administrative, and operational coordination when required.
Screen calls, emails, and visitors for the CEO’s office.
Ensure timely execution of assignments and management directives.
Support strategic planning and day-to-day executive operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good drafting and email-writing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
