Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for professionals who are eager to grow, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to a dynamic, inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts, including day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management
Prepare and manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and timely submissions
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings in accordance with statutory requirements
Support advanced tax calculations and ensure timely payments
Use Zoho Books accounting software for end-to-end accounting and reporting
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Identify discrepancies, analyze financial data, and provide problem-solving insights
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and Invoicing processes
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
Understanding of advance tax and statutory compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing regulations and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with AI-powered accounting and productivity tools is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
