About the Role

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Freight Brokers / Logistics Sales Representatives. No prior freight or logistics experience is required. We provide training and support to help you learn the industry and build a successful career in logistics.

As a Freight Broker, you will work with shippers and carriers to coordinate freight transportation across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential shippers and customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
Understand customer shipping requirements and provide suitable transportation solutions.
Find and coordinate reliable carriers for available shipments.
Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers.
Track shipments and communicate updates to customers.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers to develop new business.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customers, shipments, and quotes.
Work with the operations team to ensure shipments are handled smoothly.
Meet individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and email skills.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, logistics, or transportation is a plus, but not required.
