We are a lean holding company with a focused portfolio of businesses in fintech and e-commerce. Our fintech companies specialise in B2B cross-border payments and banknotes services. We also operate e-commerce platforms in gold-plated jewellery and groceries.

Marketing is run as a consolidated function. We believe in a small, high-impact team that drives measurable results — especially pipeline and revenue growth for our B2B fintech businesses.

The Role

We are hiring a Head of Marketing to own strategy, brand, and performance across the portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear priority on B2B performance and growth marketing in the fintech space.

You will lead a lean team and be the single point of accountability for marketing results. Success is measured primarily by the quality and volume of pipeline you generate for our B2B payments and cross-border businesses, while ensuring efficient, ROI-focused support for our e-commerce platforms.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Leadership

Own the marketing strategy and annual plan across fintech (B2B) and e-commerce verticals
Set priorities, OKRs, and budget allocation with a strong emphasis on B2B pipeline growth
Lead a lean team and act as the primary marketing interface with leadership, sales, and product
Establish Marketing guidelines while allowing clear vertical-specific positioning

B2B Performance & Growth Marketing – Fintech (Primary Focus)

Drive demand generation and pipeline for B2B cross-border payments and banknotes businesses
Own paid, organic, and partner-led acquisition channels relevant to B2B fintech (LinkedIn, Google, industry platforms, partnerships)
Design and optimise lead-to-opportunity funnels, scoring models, and sales-enablement content
Partner closely with sales on lead quality, acceptance rates, and closed-won contribution
Develop case studies, thought leadership, webinars, and co-marketing programmes
Continuously test new channels, messaging, and offers tailored to payments and cross-border use cases
Track and report pipeline value, MQL→SQL conversion, CAC, and marketing-influenced revenue

E-commerce & Shared Operations

Develop and execute stategiest for e-commerce performance marketing (jewellery and groceries)
Ensure strong ROAS, CAC, and retention discipline on consumer channels
Manage the shared marketing tech stack, tracking, attribution, and reporting
Brief and manage team for specialized creative and media work

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

8–12+ years of progressive marketing experience with significant time in B2B environments
Proven track record in performance / growth marketing that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue
Hands-on experience owning paid acquisition, lead generation, and conversion funnels
Experience leading small, high-performing teams and partnering effectively with sales
Strong analytical capability — comfortable with dashboards, attribution, CAC/LTV, and experiment design
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at leadership level

Strongly Preferred (High Weighting)

Direct experience in B2B fintech — especially payments, cross-border payments, remittances, banking, or related financial services
Experience marketing complex B2B products with longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
Familiarity with compliance-sensitive messaging and regulated industries
Previous ownership of both B2B demand generation and some consumer/performance channels

Nice-to-Have

Experience in a holding company, multi-brand, or portfolio environment
Exposure to e-commerce performance marketing (Meta, Google Shopping/PMax, retention)
Existing network in the fintech / payments ecosystem
Experience building lean marketing functions in early-stage or scale-up settings

How Success Will Be Measured

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), SQL conversion rate, and pipeline value generated for B2B fintech
Marketing-influenced revenue and closed-won contribution
Blended CAC vs LTV and overall marketing ROI
Efficient ROAS and customer acquisition support for e-commerce platforms
Budget discipline, on-time campaign delivery, and clear reporting to leadership

You thrive in lean setups, prefer substance over large teams, and measure your success by the quality and volume of opportunities you put in front of sales — especially for complex B2B payment and cross-border products.

Candidates with direct B2B payments, cross-border, or fintech performance marketing experience will receive significantly higher weighting in the shortlisting and interview process.
