Full job description

1. Data Extraction & Cleaning

Parse PDF documents: IEPF shareholder registers, dividend statements, corporate action records, transmission registers
Extract structured data: name, DP ID, folio number, claim amount, last known address, claimant status
Flag inconsistencies: name spelling variations, missing required fields, impossible dates, impossible amounts
Deliver clean datasets ready for legal filing (quality bar: 95%+ accuracy minimum)

2. Data Validation Before Filing

Cross-check extracted data against original source documents
Identify duplicate claimants appearing across multiple records
Validate claim amounts against IEPF transfer records and company records
Escalate data quality blockers that prevent filing
Maintain a validation log (what was checked, what was rejected, why)

3. Claimant Segmentation & Analytics

Analyze claim distribution: by value, geography, asset type, claimant segment (living vs. deceased, individual vs. institutional)
Identify high-value claim segments (where our contingency fee model is most economical)
Track segment conversion rates: which groups settle fastest, which have highest recovery rates
Support targeting decisions for new geographic markets

4. Geographic & Expansion Analytics

Current focus: Jamshedpur IEPF analysis (identify claimants concentrated in Tata Steel ecosystem)
New markets: Analyze high-density claim pockets in Rajasthan and other target states
Geographic clustering: identify pin codes, districts, cities where claims are concentrated
Support field investigator network planning (where to deploy, where ROI is strongest)

5. Operational Pipeline Metrics

Build & maintain case pipeline dashboard: extraction → validation → filing → settlement
Track case velocity metrics: average days from data receipt to filing, filing to settlement
Monitor advocate performance: turnaround time, conversion rate, quality metrics
Maintain stage-wise metrics: how many cases pending CFA signature, awaiting filing, under processing, settled

6. Economics & Unit Cost Analysis

Calculate unit economics by claim type: cost per case (extraction + validation + filing overhead), average contingency recovery, profit margin
Track which asset verticals are economically viable (IEPF vs. SARFAESI vs. land awards vs. MACT)
Identify unprofitable or low-margin claim segments
Support pricing/structuring decisions for new verticals

7. Ad-Hoc Strategic Analysis

Answer founder/CTO questions on-demand: market analysis, segment performance, new vertical viability, competitive positioning
Analyze operational experiments: heir-tracer effectiveness, CFA conversion rates, claimant acquisition cost
Turn raw data into actionable insights for business decisions
