About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist / SEO Manager to lead our SEO Team and execute advanced SEO strategies supporting a UK-based business.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in both in-house SEO and e-commerce SEO, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic, improving search rankings, and driving revenue growth through strategic SEO initiatives.

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive SEO strategies, managing technical and content SEO, improving website performance, and collaborating with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to maximise organic visibility and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution

Lead & Guide the SEO Team
Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies.
Manage complete SEO lifecycle including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimisation
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Create and execute SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Technical SEO

Perform comprehensive SEO audits and resolve technical SEO issues
Monitor website health including:
Crawl errors
Core Web Vitals
Site speed
Mobile usability
Indexation issues
Redirect management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of proven SEO experience
Strong experience working with:
In-house SEO teams
E-commerce websites
Large-scale SEO projects
Deep understanding of:
Technical SEO
On-page SEO
Off-page SEO
Local SEO
E-commerce SEO
Strong knowledge of Google algorithm updates and ranking factors
Expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, and GA4
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Ability to independently manage SEO campaigns and deliver measurable results
