Full job description

Job Summary
This hybrid developer role focuses on implementing and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage and Adobe Campaign Classic for global clients. The developer will design build and maintain scalable campaign workflows ensure high quality campaign operations and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in travel and hospitality or airline domains.

Responsibilities
Design and implement automated marketing workflows using Adobe Marketo Engage and Adobe Campaign Classic that support complex multi step customer journeys and measurable engagement outcomes
Configure and optimize campaign assets including forms landing pages and email templates to enable consistent brand experiences and reliable lead capture across digital channels
Develop and maintain reusable components such as tokens snippets and workflows that improve campaign operations efficiency and reduce time to market for new initiatives
Coordinate campaign setup testing and deployment with campaign operations teams to ensure accurate audience targeting data integrity and timely launch of planned programs
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as delivery engagement and conversion and identify opportunities to refine rules content and cadence for continuous improvement
Create and maintain detailed documentation for campaign configurations workflow logic and operational runbooks to support maintainability and knowledge sharing across teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure alignment between solution design and campaign goals
Integrate Adobe Marketo Engage and Adobe Campaign Classic with upstream and downstream systems such as customer databases and analytics to enable unified customer views and consistent reporting
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution data flows and audience segmentation to minimize disruption and maintain high service quality
Apply domain understanding in travel hospitality and airline contexts to design journeys that address traveler needs such as booking management loyalty engagement and ancillary services
Support governance by following standard operating procedures naming conventions and quality checks so that campaigns remain compliant and auditable across regions
Partner with analytics and insights teams to validate tracking configurations and ensure that campaign data is accurately captured and usable for reporting and optimization
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to tools processes and templates that help the organization scale marketing automation capabilities

Qualifications
Meet experience range of two to five years working as a marketing automation developer or engineer with hands on involvement in end to end campaign delivery
Demonstrate strong proficiency with Adobe Marketo Engage including smart campaigns scoring programs nurture streams and data management activities
Show practical experience with Adobe Campaign Classic for campaign design audience building workflow orchestration and email or message delivery operations
Exhibit solid background in campaign operations including intake requirements configuration quality assurance launch coordination and post campaign reviews
Display ability to work in a hybrid model collaborating effectively using remote tools and in person sessions while maintaining productivity and clear communication
Bring exposure to travel and hospitality or airline products and services where understanding of reservations loyalty and customer journeys helps create relevant campaigns
Possess working knowledge of data concepts such as segmentation list management field mapping and basic sql or query logic used in audience selection and validation
Illustrate capability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality or compliance expectations
Communicate clearly with marketing product and technology partners explaining technical constraints and options in language that supports shared decision making
Adapt quickly to new features in Adobe platforms and related tools by engaging in self learning and experimentation to keep solutions modern and effective
Apply strong problem solving skills to diagnose issues in campaign execution logs and data flows and propose pragmatic solutions aligned with operational standards
Commit to inclusive team culture by respecting diverse perspectives and contributing to a supportive environment where knowledge is shared openly
