Key Responsibilities

Assist the Finance Manager in managing day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations.
Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
Conduct and monitor daily revenue audits across all hotel outlets.
Verify revenue postings from Front Office, F&B and other operating departments.
Reconcile cash, credit card, bank and other payment transactions.
Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities.
Review purchase invoices, payment documents and supporting records.
Monitor hotel income, expenses and departmental costs.
Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
Assist with inventory, stock and cost-control procedures.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Front Office, Purchase and Stores departments.
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
Support the Finance Manager in implementing effective internal controls and cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures and financial controls.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience in the Hospitality / Hotel / Resort industry is mandatory.
Candidates without hospitality/hotel experience will not be considered.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce .
CA Inter / CMA / M.Com qualification will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and financial controls.
Experience with hotel PMS/POS and accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliances.
Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
High level of integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
