Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the regional solar sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Channel Partners.
Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to support customer meetings and project closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, builders, consultants, and business partners.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide guidance for target achievement.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Coordinate with the Projects, Operations, Documentation, and Service teams for smooth project execution.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regional sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
