Role Purpose
The APAC HSSEQ Transitions Lead will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of transitions for new clients.
What this job involves
This role will be expected to support the business with the following:
Carry out the designated HSSEQ tasks associated with the transitioning Client to be ready for day one.
Manage multiple transitions, associated activities and prioritizing deliverables to meet and exceed Client expectations
Collaborating with new Clients, ensuring that all information related to HSSEQ is obtained, reviewed, and ready for implementation during transition.
Developing, implementing and managing a programme for the successful transition of new client accounts including working to strict deadlines.
Providing progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Updating and managing the information related to HSSEQ in JLL’s online project management tool.
Influencing staff and clients to deliver the highest HSSEQ standards.
Promoting JLL’s positive, proactive One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together culture change programme and influencing stakeholders.
Establishing effective working relationships with counterparts in other teams (Solutions Development, Transitions, Quality and Compliance, Operations, HR, etc.) and in other global regions.

You’ll report to APAC HSSEQ Lead but will work closely the Global HSSEQ New Business and Transitions Lead, Account Directors and Operations Leads, Client stakeholders, JLL teams including Technical teams, Facilities/Project Managers, Finance and Procurement, Solutions Development and Transitions teams, as well as JLL’s supply chain representatives.

Results orientated with a strong focus on the delivery of objectives.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to deal with all people at all organisational levels, internally and externally.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and show foresight in relation to existing and potential problems.
Computer literate with a knowledge of commonly used software programmes, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to research and produce management information and specialist reports making recommendations as appropriate.
Good organisational skills with the ability to balance competing demands and to meet deadlines.
Ability to identify trends and identify the root causes of any problems.
Essential Criteria:
A recognised health and safety qualification
Proven history of having supported businesses in their growth e.g. setting up systems for new clients, etc.
Relevant HSSEQ experience in a similar environment (Facilities/Project Management, HSSEQ Consultancy or other environments with client-facing responsibilities).
Must be willing and able to travel nationally and internationally as deemed necessary to fulfil the role.
Desirable Criteria
A third level health and safety qualification (degree, diploma, etc.)
Previous experience of working in a multi-country role.
Previous experience of supporting multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Additional language(s).
