Job Description :

In the role of Business Analyst, you'll utilize your analytical prowess and adept relationship-building abilities to assist our clients in addressing tangible business challenges. Serving as a strategic ally to our clients, you'll evaluate and offer insightful perspectives on their needs and relationships. Additionally, you'll leverage your bidding skills to actively pursue new client engagements, fostering company growth.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Key Skills :

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile app development environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience with requirements management tools and techniques
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, and Android platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather project requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user stories
- Develop detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
- Work closely with our development team to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and development team members
- Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including clarification of requirements, issue resolution, and change management
- Continuously monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web and mobile app development
