Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Video Creator/Editor to join our creative team and help shape the future of AI-driven product storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of creative innovation and performance execution, supporting paid media, product detail pages (PDPs), and internal creative experimentation.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on specialist with a strong portfolio of AI-generated content who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating closely with the Creative Strategist, and Video Editors to produce visually compelling, scalable AI content at speed.

This role is expected to push creative boundaries responsibly—maintaining brand consistency, realism, and accuracy—while continuously refining workflows, prompts, and outputs as AI tools evolve.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Create high-quality AI-generated product videos and imagery for paid advertising, PDPs, and internal creative initiatives, with a strong focus on speed, visual quality, and volume.
Produce AI-driven content including:
Cinematic and lifestyle product videos.
PDP-ready product imagery (hero, secondary, detail shots).
UGC-style AI videos (hands, POV, realistic “in-the-wild” executions).
Motion graphics and text overlays.
AI-generated voiceovers (ElevenLabs) and music/audio (Suno).
Translate creative briefs, loose concepts, performance insights, and raw ideas into compelling visual executions that align with creative strategy and business objectives.
Build, refine, and optimize AI prompts and workflows to improve output consistency, realism, and efficiency over time.
Contribute to the development of best practices, prompt frameworks, naming conventions, and repeatable workflows that support scalable AI content production.
Rapidly generate creative variants to support testing, iteration, and performance-driven optimization.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and Video Editors to ensure smooth handoffs, clear intent, and high usability of AI-generated assets.
Maintain strong brand consistency and visual polish while avoiding misleading or unrealistic product representation.
Proactively pitch creative ideas, visual concepts, and experimental executions to expand the creative toolkit and explore new AI capabilities.
Stay current on emerging AI tools, features, and workflows, quickly adopting and integrating new platforms as they become viable.
Self-review and quality-check all outputs prior to handoff to ensure accuracy, realism, and alignment with creative and compliance expectations.

Qualifications:

Portfolio-first role — strong examples of AI-generated content are required.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools including (but not limited to):
Google Labs / Veo , Nano Banana.
Sora , ElevenLabs.
Suno , Runway and similar AI video or image platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong visual judgment with a keen eye for realism, lighting, motion, and overall polish.
Ability to balance creative experimentation with execution discipline and brand guardrails.
Experience producing multiple creative variants efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing large volumes of digital files, versions, and assets.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and post-production teams.
Willingness to work late evening hours (India-based role) to maintain meaningful overlap with U.S.-based teams.
