Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Workday HCM Architect In this role the Workday HCM Architect leads AMS techno-functional support and optimization for Workday HCM modules ensuring stability data integrity and process efficiency. This role drives configuration governance enhancement design and cross-functional coordination across HCM product families. Responsibilities: - Serve as techno-functional Implementation / AMS lead for HCM modules: Core HCM Compensation Advanced Compensation Benefits Absence Time Tracking and Country Extensions. - Lead configuration reviews and validations to ensure alignment with global and local HR policies. - Analyze change requests and assess business impact; - provide configuration and testing guidance. - Drive system stabilization by resolving recurring issues in business processes or integrations. - Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to prioritize AMS enhancements and manage release readiness. - Support new country enablement and statutory configuration updates. - Validate new features in Workday releases and recommend adoption based on value and readiness. - Partner with Technical Architect on integration dependencies for recruiting payroll and downstream systems. - Maintain HCM configuration inventory and process documentation. - Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) for AMS releases. - Review KP Is on incident volume SLA adherence and backlog closure. - Conduct periodic functional health assessments of critical business processes.
