Crayside Consulting (India) Private Ltd is the India entity of Crayside Consulting Group, based in Ahmedabad. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Administrator to join our team and support with both local projects in India as well as with our well-established UK projects remotely alongside our offices in London, Basingstoke, Ipswich, Kent, Poole and Bristol.

What you’ll do:
- Track project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain digital records
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
- Schedule and follow up on internal and client meetings
- Support SOPs, vendor coordination, and ad-hoc tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and updates of project trackers, resource allocations, and deliverable checklists.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project inputs, timelines, and support documentation.
- Maintain organised digital records for project folders (emails, reports, submissions, templates).
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Help track project deadlines and follow up with teams to ensure timeless submissions.
- Support the Director and Project Leads in monitoring team workload using shared databases.
- Schedule internal review and coordination meetings as per UK and India time zones.
- Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Help implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with the Company’s quality standards.
- Liaise with both UK and India team members to support smooth handovers and information sharing.
- Escalate critical follow ups or unresolved issues to superiors promptly.
- Provide general office and admin support when required by senior staff.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks such as data formatting, research support, vendor co-ordination etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or related field (B.Com, BBA strongly preferred)
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or internship in a similar role
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
- Fluent in English – Both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Books, Xero etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborative attitude with proactive follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint or Document Control systems
- Exposure to international project environments
- Certification in Project Administration or MS Excel
- Candidates from Ahmedabad/Gujarat will be preferred (this is an office-based role, not remote).
Location: Zion Z1, Ahmedabad (office-based; local candidates preferred)
