ECA Global is a leading global education and career consultancy dedicated to helping students achieve their academic and career goals abroad and domestically. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guidance, transparent information, and a supportive enrollment experience for prospective students and their families as they navigate their international education journeys.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and empathetic Admission Counsellor to join our growing team at ECA Global.

Role Overview

As an Admission Counsellor at ECA Global, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students from their initial inquiry through final application submission. Your goal is to understand their career aspirations, guide them through our partner institutions and academic programs, and help them navigate the global admission process with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming leads and inquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.
Counsel Students: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' educational backgrounds, career interests, and global study goals, recommending the most suitable courses or universities.
Guide Through Admission: Provide detailed information regarding international admission requirements, visa processes, fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and important deadlines.
Convert Prospects: Maintain a robust follow-up pipeline to nurture prospective leads and achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and application statuses in the CRM system.
Represent ECA Global: Participate in education fairs, webinars, school outreach programs, and virtual events to promote our study-abroad programs.
Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, admissions processing, and visa teams at ECA Global to streamline the student journey and resolve queries.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of [1-3] years of proven experience as an Admission Counsellor, study abroad consultant, or student recruiter.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor with the ability to build quick rapport with students and parents.
Target-Oriented: Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel), and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
