Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment efforts in the pharmaceutical and real estate industries. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce to meet the dynamic needs of our organizations. This position requires a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the pharmaceutical and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within the pharmaceutical and real estate companies, including but not limited to sales, marketing, research, development, property management, and administrative roles.

Job Advertising: Create compelling job postings and descriptions, and effectively advertise them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the company's culture and values. Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and through virtual platforms, to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles and the overall organization.

Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, participate in the development of job specifications, and ensure the hiring process aligns with business objectives.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical and real estate industries to attract top talent while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand by highlighting the company's values, culture, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.

Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, attending relevant events, and leveraging professional platforms to identify passive candidates and establish longterm talent pipelines.

Data and Reporting: Track and maintain recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators and recruitment progress.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with a focus on the pharmaceutical and real estate industries.
Familiarity with the unique talent requirements, regulations, and market trends within these sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
A track record of successfully filling positions at various levels within an organization.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other HR team members.
Ethical and discreet, handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
